If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, let us know. We will promptly replace the item or refund its purchase price. It's so simple.
How to return an item
-Please return the items as soon as possible.
-Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.
-Place the leaflet in the carton and wrap the package securely.
-Send it to the return address on your shipping label.

-If you don't have your packing slip, please include the reason for the return, your name, email address and phone number (so we can ask you questions) and send the package to above.
-For your protection, please use UPS, Fedex or Purolator for shipping.
-A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of error on the part of FRENCHCANCANPOPCORN or SHOPIFY.
-Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found a different item on our site which you prefer to the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you by email when the return has been processed.
